If you're hungry for something new, you're in luck: we've found the freshest Seattle eateries to quell your cravings. Read on for details about a Korean restaurant that's recently made a move and two new eateries offering American cuisine.
Revel
513 Westlake Ave. N, South Lake Union

Revel, which was established in 2010, recently made the move to South Lake Union with the same menu of Korean-style street food.
The move is temporary, Eater reports, with plans for the restaurant to return to its original spot in Fremont next spring after construction on a new three-story building is completed.
Offering lunch, happy hour and dinner fare, the restaurant is helmed by local chefs and restaurateurs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, who also operate Joule in Fremont, Trove in Capitol Hill and a Portland, Ore., eatery.
Try the squash, feta and Thai basil pancake, the lemongrass beef noodle dish with pickled tomato or the Korean barbecue chicken with charred kimchi. Thirsty? Pair your meal with a beer, glass of wine or a signature cocktail. (See full menu here.)
Revel currently holds four stars out of 1,246 reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.
Yelper Valentina D. wrote, "I have been in Seattle for over 10 years (I am originally from Italy where food is a big deal) and after trying out all of the best restaurants in the city, Revel is the only one that got my heart and palate. I love everything about it."
Revel is open from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–10 p.m. on Friday and 4–10 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
The Fig & The Judge
515 Madison St., Central Business District

Offering American cuisine with a Northwest twist, The Fig & The Judge is on the second floor of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel downtown.
Eater reports the restaurant's name is a nod to nearby law offices and the kitchen is led by chef Lainie Carey, who was previously at Whitehouse-Crawford.
The eclectic menu features Vietnamese crepes, Dungeness crab Benedict, chicken ballotine with prosciutto and sage, House-made flatbread with spiced ground lamb and wagyu beef and desserts like carrot cake and Hungarian shortbread. A breakfast buffet is also available. (See the full menu on the restaurant's Facebook page.)
Yelp users are generally positive about The Fig & The Judge, which currently holds four stars out of eight reviews on the site.
Yelper Stephenie S., who reviewed The Fig & The Judge on April 28, wrote, "The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived for lunch and was about half full when we left. Our waiter was a little scattered, joking twice that he hoped our first course came out first."
Ali L. noted, "We had dinner here last night for Seattle Restaurant Week. We each ordered their signature-named salad and the clam chowder. Both very tasty. It took a while to come out of the kitchen, but I wasn't too bothered by that."
The restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Lunchbox Laboratory
7200 E. Green Lake Dr. N, Green Lake

Then there's Lunchbox Laboratory, a casual New American eatery that serves up burgers, shakes and more. The Green Lake addition is the restaurant's fourth outpost in the area.
Test out the breaded and fried cheese curds or Buffalo chicken roll-ups for starters before delving into classic favorites such as fish and chips or a double-decker cheeseburger. (The full menu can be seen here.)
Pair your meal with a hand-spun Snoqualmie ice cream shake with flavors like vanilla, Nutella, banana cream pie or mint chocolate chip, or booze it up with the Drunken Elvis (vanilla ice cream, graham cracker, peanut butter and banana with a test tube spike of Malibu banana, Pinnacle whipped vodka and Irish cream). Beers and cocktails are also readily available.
Lunchbox Laboratory currently has 31 reviews on Yelp, which indicate the newcomer is finding its way.
Yelper Holly L., who was one of the first users to visit the new arrival on May 29, wrote, "Wow! My daughter and I found this place last minute but were so glad we did. Though we weren't starved and just split the meal, it was high on quality and flavor."
David C. noted, "Disappointingly slow service. We arrived at 6:02 p.m. and were promptly seated. After the waitress took our drink order it was over 10 minutes before we could order food."
Lunchbox Laboratory is open from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.
