Aburiya Bento House
2100 Western Ave., Belltown

Aburiya Bento House is a sushi bar, offering poke, bento boxes and other Japanese fare.
Expect menu options like salmon, tuna or vegetarian bento; poke selections like the mixed bowl with sweet corn, seaweed salad, crab meat, edamame, cucumber, tomato and radish; and specialty rolls like the Flaming Jalapeño with spicy tuna, yellowtail and unagi with Sriracha. Pair your poke with sake and a side of miso soup, tempura udon or shrimp dumplings.
With a 4.5-star Yelp rating out 58 reviews, Aburiya Bento House has been getting positive attention.
Yelper Lily G., who reviewed the eatery on June 9, wrote, "Aburiya, so good. What a gem! Just opened two months ago, so I don't think it's on the radar yet. They specialize in fresh nigiri and sashimi/nigiri bento boxes."

Aburiya Bento House is open from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 4–9 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 4–11 p.m. on Friday, noon–3 p.m. and 4–11 p.m. on Saturday, and noon–7 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday.)
Ten Sushi #35

Ten Sushi #35 is a sushi bar and izakaya. Master sushi chef and Ten Sushi owner Shinichiro Takahashi hails from Aizu Wakamatsu, a small town in the Fukushima region of Japan and has been honing his craft for 20 years, five of which he's worked in the U.S.
Here, the sushi menu includes sashimi and nagiri along with classic and signature rolls. Try the Dynamite Roll with snow crab, Japanese mayo, scallop, black pepper and jalapeño, or the vegetarian A Small Piece of Heaven roll, which includes cucumber, carrot, avocado, strawberry, mango and sweet chile sauce.
To accompany their dishes, diners can order draft beer from Japan's Yo-Ho Brewing Company or choose from a selection of Japanese whiskeys.
Ten Sushi #35's current Yelp rating of 4.5 stars out of 15 reviews indicates positive attention from users.
Yelper Chelsea M., who reviewed the newcomer on April 3, wrote, "So far, 10/10. I got the classic sushi box that came with three rolls and ordered it to go and I was blown away by the flavor and composure of each roll. The tempura cook was perfect, the sauces perfect, the rice perfect."

Yume Sushi

Yume Sushi is a sushi bar and Japanese spot offering specialty rolls, nigiri and sashimi. The new offering comes from the chef behind Shiku, a happy-hour izakaya spot in Ballard, per The Seattle Times.
Expect menu options such as Gyu Don, a bowl of Japanese beef over rice; a signature roll like the Hot Mess with spicy salmon and cucumber; or the Monkey Brain, fried avocado and and spicy tuna panko. Thirsty? Beer, sake, wine and cocktails are available.
Yelp users are excited about Yume Sushi, which currently holds 4.5 stars out of 18 reviews on the site.
Yelper Scott S. wrote, "We popped into the new, quaint and cozy Yume Sushi on Saturday night. ... The menu has a nice selection of appetizers, pieces and rolls. They have several specialty rolls that look and taste great!"
Yelper Linjie H. wrote, "Environment: The small space makes the restaurant have a nice Japanese private sushi house feeling. There are several seats for waiting customers. I like the homey aspect."
