Topping the list is Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room. Located at 139 Seventh St., it is the highest rated pizza spot in Pittsburgh, boasting 4.5 stars out of 522 reviews on Yelp. This local favorite, established in 2013 by Pittsburgh native Suzanne Hrach, offers lunch and dinner as well as Sunday brunch.
