If seafood's what you're after, look no further than this new Bellevue business. The newcomer to Overlake, called I See Food, is located at 14603 N.E. 20th St., Suite 4B.

I See Food specializes in "Asian Cajun"-style seafood boils, with influences from both Chinese hot pot and Southern low-country boils. Diners choose up to three types of seafood (options include crawfish, mussels, clams, snow crab legs and prawns), a sauce (like butter-garlic or Szechuan ma la sauce), and a heat level for the sauce. Then everything is boiled together with corn on the cob, andouille sausage and red potatoes.

The menu also includes some snacks like Cajun-spiced fries, chicken wings and fried calamari, and some lunch specials like gumbo and jambalaya.

With a 3.5-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, I See Food has made a promising start.

Yingqing H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 8, wrote, "Chinese-Cajun food style. The price is a little bit high. Tastes OK, but not [the] traditional style."

Yelper Annie Y. added, “We were greeted and seated immediately, and ordered pretty immediately, as the menu was straightforward. We opted for the two-person special, which included three different types of seafood, corn on the cob, red potatoes and andouille sausage ($42). We also ordered the soft shell crab and fries ($13). Service and food came out promptly, as the restaurant wasn't busy."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: I See Food is open from 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5 p.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekends.
