A new collaborative restaurant space has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 6420 24th Ave. NW in Ballard, the new addition is called Addo:incubator.

On its website, the business says it is "a restaurant, incubator for food and beverage ideas, pop-up kitchen for up-and-coming chefs and a space for an ever-evolving neighborhood."

The kitchen is helmed by chef Eric Rivera and his team with Royal Drummer managing the coffee options, reports Seattle Magazine.

Weekly events include booze nights, guest chef chats and more. Visit this website for more information and reservation instructions.

With a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, Addo:incubator is on its way to developing a local fan base.

Brian W., who reviewed the new spot on July 13, wrote, "What a great dinning experience! Wonderful and unique dinner trays, great prices with personal neighborhood vibe. Chef Eric Rivera has some great ideas for this place."

And Craig S. wrote, "My wife and I stumbled on Addo:incubator today as we took a lunchtime walk, intending to eat elsewhere. What a great find! I had the Puerto Rican Pork Bowl, which was pork shoulder at its best."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Addo:incubator is open daily from 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
