Evergreens Salad
504 Fifth Ave. South, Suite 107B, International District

Popular salad chain Evergreens Salad has arrived in the International District, marking its tenth Seattle-area location. As with the other outposts, customers can choose from dozens of vegetable, lettuce and protein options to build the salad of their dreams, or opt for a premade combo like the ultra-healthy Herculeaves, with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumber, garbaznzo beans, green olives and feta.
With a three-star Yelp rating out of four reviews on Yelp, Evergreens Salad is still finding its way, but it's early days.
Yelper Connie A., who was one of the first users to visit Evergreens Salad on July 9, wrote, "Staff was super friendly as soon as I walked in, and there were no customers when I began to order. I got my usual Cobb salad with some modifications."
Yelper Barry C. wrote, "Great feel to it, and everything looked fresh and had good options. I opted for the Mexican-flavored one and made it a grain bowl. I am not a meat person when it comes to salad, but it is perfect that way."
Evergreens Salad is open from 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekends.
