Duck Duck Goose Baltimore

A Fells Point newcomer, Duck Duck Goose Baltimore is a brasserie, cocktail bar and French spot that's located on Broadway Square at 814 S. Broadway. It's the second location of a Bethesda favorite and showcases classic French and modern Parisian-inspired dishes like beef tartare; European sea bass with white bean, leek and bacon ragout; and clams and mussels with chorizo, white wine and lemon. 

Yemen & Gulf Restaurant

Yemen & Gulf Restaurant recently opened at the former home of Burmese eatery Chicken King at 401 S. Broadway in Fells Point. Yeman & Gulf offers halal meat-based dishes like seasoned and slow-cooked lamb (lamb haneeth), and Yemeni-style stew with chicken okra, carrots, potatoes and green peas (chicken agda). Yelpers are fans of Yemen & Gulf Restaurant: it's got five stars out of six reviews, so far.

Ludlow Market, Bar & Bottle Shop

A newcomer to Locust Point, Ludlow Market, Bar & Bottle Shop is a bar and New American spot that's located at 921 E. Fort Ave. The food menu is seasonally focused, with beef tallow fries, chicken roulade and rockfish crudo available. The bar offers a selection of wine, cocktails and beers, and bottle shop customers can choose from spirits, beers, wines, cured meats and cheeses to take away. 

Earth Treks - Hampden

Next, head over to 1700 W. 41st St. and you'll find Earth Treks - Hampden, a climbing gym. Earth Treks has locations across the DMV and in California, Colorado and Oregon, where devotees can find obstacles of varying difficulty, though there are no rope walls at this location. They also offer fitness and yoga classes, plus a gear shop.

Cinnaholic

Finally, there's Hampden newcomer Cinnaholic. It's part of an Atlanta-based franchiser serving up vegan cinnamon rolls. Frosting flavors range from almond and amaretto to strawberry and vanilla, while topping options include coconut, pie crumble and sprinkles. It is located at The Rotunda, 727 W. 40th St.
