Looking to chow down on some Mexican fare? A new spot has you covered. Called Alquisiras Paleteria, the new addition is located at 2056 Broadway Ave. in Beechview.
Located in the former Casa Rasta space, the new eatery specializes in both sweet and savory Mexican menu items, including a long list of frozen treat varieties and flavors. There is both indoor and outdoor seating at Alquisiras Paleteria.
With just one review on Yelp thus far, Alquisiras Paleteria currently has a four-star rating.
DJ J., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on July 10, wrote:
"I had a strawberries and cream pop and it was delicious. Also had chicken quesadilla that had a homemade tortilla and came with some rice and avocado slice. Very good and a great little place for a quick meal or for some delicious ice cream."
