Statix

Clothing shop and art gallery Statix is the brainchild of artist and designer Peter Robinson, better known as Ten Hundred. His signature tees feature one-of-a-kind riffs on everything from Rick and Morty to classic Nintendo games. 

In addition to clothing, Statix features monthly gallery shows centered on local artists, and offers painting classes for children and adults. 

With a five-star Yelp rating out of four reviews, Statix has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Abbe R., who reviewed Statix on May 12, wrote, "My favorite shop in Seattle! Such a cool, laid-back vibe. Amazing art, amazing apparel, affordable prices and PLUS SIZES UP TO 3X! It's so nice to be able to wear cool, artistic clothes that fit!"

Yelper Steven J. wrote, "Statix is a beautiful new addition to Pioneer Square! With the funky clothing style and eclectic art shows, I am so thrilled to see this addition to the area."

Statix is open from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m.–8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)

Zorro Vintage

Zorro Vintage specializes in vintage clothing ranging from the '50s to the '90s, both designer and casual. The business started off as an online-only retailer in 2017, before opening its brick-and-mortar location this spring.

The selection is centered on women's clothing and accessories, but there's also a small array of home goods and men's items. Pieces range from silk dresses to suede vests to high heels. 

Zorro Vintage currently holds five stars out of three reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.

Yelper Beau K., who reviewed Zorro Vintage on May 1, wrote, "I was visiting a friend in Seattle for the weekend and stumbled upon this gem while there ... The clothes/style are just beautiful."

Amanda S. noted, "A wonderful experience. Beautiful and incredibly great condition pieces at fair prices. It's also a really lovely store, everything is well organized. The owner is very knowledgable and helpful."

Zorro Vintage is open from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and noon–6 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Tuesday.)

Editor Consignment

Consignment shop Editor Consignment specializes in "contemporary recycled women's fashion, locally made jewelry and ceramics, and a rotating selection of essays and prose," according to its website. Owner Emily Schikora, a writer and editor, offers clothing from brands like Eileen Fisher, Free People and Diane Von Furstenburg, among others.

With a five-star Yelp rating out of three reviews on Yelp, Editor Consignment has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Laura M., who was one of the first users to visit Editor Consignment on June 10, wrote, "What a gem tucked away in Ballard. Beautiful shop, well lit and organized. Really enjoyed our shopping experience there. My daughter and I both found items that were perfect for us, and at a great price."

Jessica V. noted, "Super cute consignment shop with great customer service! I just got my new favorite cardigan there! Highly recommend!"
