Revel
513 Westlake Ave. North, Cascade

While modern Korean spot Revel is a known quantity in Seattle, having opened in 2010, it's now housed in a new location in South Lake Union, where it will remain until next spring.
The move has also brought some changes to the menu, which is still centered around dumplings, savory pancakes, noodles, and rice bowls. There's now a $12 daily rice bowl combo with veggies and soup, available at lunch on weekdays.
Yelp users are generally positive about Revel, which currently holds four stars out of 1,262 reviews on the site.
Yelper Kailin H., who reviewed Revel on June 12, wrote, "Lots of good looking options on the menu, but I could only stomach a limited amount, so I ordered their lemongrass beef noodles ($18) with the shrimp salad ($11). The salad came out first and it was a delight to eat. It's a cold salad plate: cilantro dressing, shrimp, onions, oh-my, the whole thing came together so well! Loved it!"
Mandy G. noted, "Overall, this is a nice restaurant. Modern Korean. The boneless beef short rib was cooked perfectly, the chicken tasty, the seaweed shrimp salad was crisp and fresh."
Revel is open from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4 p.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4 p.m.–10 p.m. on Friday, and 4 p.m.–10 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
