Topping the list is cocktail bar and New American spot The Summit. Located at 200 Shiloh St., it's the highest rated business in the neighborhood, boasting 4.5 stars out of 121 reviews on Yelp.
"The cocktail and beer menu is extensive," wrote Yelper Cody H. "Their old fashions are the perfect balance of sweet and bourbon, neither overpowering the other. I highly recommend coming for their happy hour."

"Undiscovered gem no longer. I'm here to say Kavsar is unique, affordable, and very satisfying," wrote Yelper David B. "This is a cozy, unique place. Make sure you give it a try."
"I especially enjoyed the carrot salad, stuffed eggs, and beef dumplings," added Julie D.
"I stumbled upon this place with my family after taking the Monongahela incline up to Mt Washington," wrote Katie B. "As we were looking at the menu outside, a neighbor stopped to tell us how good the food at Kavsar was, which convinced us to go in. She was definitely right."
3. Grandview Bakery
