Gloria Jean's Coffees

National chain Gloria Jean's Coffees has opened a new location in a historic building downtown. Stop in for hot coffee-based drinks and iced chillers.
Check out the Mint Chocolate Bomb Chiller with dark chocolate and candied mints or the hot Irish Nut Creme with steamed milk and hazelnut. Bagels, muffins, biscotti and other snacks are also on offer. (See the full menu here.)
Gloria Jean's Coffees has a five-star rating based on two Yelp reviews.
Yelper Jessica U., who reviewed the coffee shop on July 7, wrote, "The chillers are so good, especially the s'mores one they have right now. Drinks may seem pricey, but they're really not when you realize a small is 16 ounces. ... Also, all the staff and baristas are friendly, which is always a plus!"
Gloria Jean's Coffees is open from 6 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on Sunday.
Molinaro Ristorante

Molinaro Ristorante is an Italian spot in the former Poros space in Market Square. The restaurant was opened by business partners Ron Molinaro and Bob Wolfinger.
The high-end dining experience boasts a menu that includes starters, antipasti, salads, pizza, homemade pasta and entrees. Standout options include the Costiera pizza with cherry tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, Parmesan and basil; the cavatelli pasta with sausage and broccoli; the roasted boneless half chicken served with potatoes, Swiss chard, lemon and thyme; and the 16-ounce veal chop with gnocchi.
Molinaro Ristorante is off to a promising start with a current Yelp rating of four stars out of 17 reviews.
Jane S., who visited the new restaurant on July 24, wrote, "Enjoyed a delicious lunch on the patio. I had a salad and the eggplant parmigiana appetizer. ... Attentive service. Complimentary sparkling water. Tasty crusty bread with fruity olive oil. Fine dining on Market Square. I will be back!"
Molinaro Ristorante is open weekdays from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday from 5-9 p.m.
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Fans of large hunks of meat on sticks and all-you-can-eat buffets will want to check out the new Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse. Founded in southern Brazil, the chain has dozens of locations in the U.S. alone.
The new restaurant at the former site of Saks Fifth Avenue can seat 260 people and is the company's first outpost in the Pittsburgh area, the Pittsburgh Gazette reports. An array of flame-grilled meats are slid off of skewers table side. Cuts of meat include prime top sirloin, filet mignon and marbled sirloin.
Fried polenta and plantains are on offer, as are an extensive self-serve selection of soups, seasonal vegetables and salads, including charcuterie like candied bacon. You can check out the full menu here.
Yelpers are excited about the new steakhouse, which currently holds four stars out of 32 reviews on the site.
David B. wrote, "Everything I sampled was delicious and piping hot. Servers were very attentive and helpful."
"I have been to other churrascarias, and I have to say, I was very impressed with Fogo," said Yelper Jay D. "Their market table was impressive. A wonderful, fresh assortment of cheeses, charcuterie, soup and other side items that I truly enjoyed. ... They were super attentive, polite and made you feel special."
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is open from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–10:30 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–11 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday.
