The Tipsy Oak

The Tipsy Oak is a gastropub that offers a chef-curated food menu and a full bar that serves beer and wine. It also hosts live music events.

Carolyn N., who reviewed it on Aug. 1, wrote, "This is my new favorite place to go! This place has it all! Great vibe, friendly and attentive staff, awesome patio and food that is out of this world!"

The Tipsy Oak is open from 11 a.m.–2 a.m. Monday-Saturday and from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday.

Duluth Trading Company

Duluth Trading Company is a clothing and accessories store that focuses on work and outdoor gear for both men and women.

Notable items include Buck Naked underwear (breathable performance boxer briefs) or its Longtail shirts (extra long on the back to eliminate plumber's crack). Besides clothing, you can also pick up tools, including accessories and storage for tools, lawn gear and camping and survival gear.

Duluth Trading Company has a five-star rating with just one review on Yelp thus far.

Met T., who reviewed it on July 31, said, "New store in the area and customer service is at its peak. Every corner, there's someone asking if you need help, which could be useful or annoying to some people. Store was very clean, quick checkout line. Parking lot is huge."

Zero Degrees

Zero Degrees is a spot to score mangonadas, bubble teas and snacks. This is the latest outpost for the Asian-Hispanic fusion snack and drinks chain, which has most of its locations in Texas and California.

It specializes in mangonadas, a Mexican mango slushie with mango chunks, topped with chamoy and Tajin seasoning. Other drinks include the Cucumber Lime (cucumber limeade with crushed mint leaves), the Horchata Frappe (blended coffee horchata with whipped cream) and the Ube Milkshake topped with toasted marshmallows and sour belt candy. 

You can also opt for coffees, teas, sundaes, floats and snacks. Snacks include popcorn chicken, wings, chicharrones and elotes. (See the full menu here.)

With a four-star rating out of 49 reviews on Yelp so far, Zero Degrees has received positive feedback from locals. 

Yelper Phung T., who reviewed it on July 24, said, "We got a mangonada with the mango twist and tamarind straw, ube milkshake and a split cup Thai tea and matcha milk tea, both with crystal boba. It exceeded our expectations and was so good! Even my kids love it!"

Carlos H. added, "This place is better than I expected. All the food is tasty and filling. The drinks are excellent. The cucumber lime and the strawberry horchata are my favorite."
