Le Coin
4201 Fremont Ave. North

Le Coin is a French and New American spot steered by chef Josh Delgado, the former chef at Alderbrook Resort and Spa, per Eater Seattle. This offering is currently open for dinner and weekend brunch and features a wide variety of libations to pair with its French cuisine.
Menu options include the Penn Cove Mussels with shallots and poached egg served with toasted bread; hazelnut and garlic ravioli with ricotta; sablefish with artichoke, potato, grilled onion and lemon; and seared salmon with summer vegetables and oil served with warm bread. Happy hour is available from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Check out the full menu here.
Le Coin is off to a promising start with a current Yelp rating of 4.5 stars out of 10 reviews.
Martin M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 19, wrote, "My wife and I came two days after Le Coin's opening. The service was far better than expected for so soon after the opening (in fact, it was excellent). ... We really enjoyed the food. The octopus entree was really well balanced with the chicken thigh and lemon."
Yelper John O. added, “Incredible all around. Joshua Delgado continues to open quality restaurants that enlighten our tastebuds and indulge our senses. This is a must try!”

The Ice Box
615 N.W. Bright St.

The Ice Box is a public-facing offshoot of Grand Champion Games, which has been selling, servicing and leasing arcade and pinball machines to Seattle businesses since 2016. Open to all ages, The Ice Box features numerous pinball machines, a pool table, a lounge area and other arcade favorites.
The new arcade has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
"This new arcade within walking distance of downtown Fremont or Ballard is an awesome place to go play some arcade games and kick back and have some fun," wrote Yelper James C. "The staff is super friendly. The outdoor patio is perfect for summer. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood!"
Yelper Heidi A. added, “Hidden gem! Fun arcade games, lots of pinball, but also some excellent, if not slightly obscure fighters: Mortal Kombat 4, Street Fighter vs. X-Men, Terminator."
The Ice Box is open from 3–10 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, 1–10 p.m. on Wednesday-Friday, and noon–10 p.m. on weekends.
Palmi Korean Cuisine & Teriyaki
3424 Fremont Ave. North

Palmi Korean Cuisine & Teriyaki is a Korean fusion restaurant that also offers Chinese and Japanese dishes.
Look for notable menu options like classic bibimbap served in a stone pot; beef bulgogi with rice; and spicy seafood ramen. Teriyaki choices are on offer, as are appetizers (pork gyoza, potstickers, egg rolls) and entrees.
Palmi Korean Cuisine & Teriyaki has received a warm welcome with a current rating of four stars out of 13 reviews on Yelp.
"Great little place with a great selections of Korean and teriyaki items on their menu. Friendly staff and great tasting quick bites," wrote Yelper Michael W. "They give you plenty of foods, so come hungry."
Yelper G M. wrote, "Got a to-go order for the bibimbap. They were pretty quick from ordering to having me out the door."

Stampede Cocktail Club

Stampede Cocktail Club comes courtesy of Paul Hancock, who has been making the rounds in the Seattle bar scene for the past five years, Eater Seattle reports.
The new interior features a tin ceiling and chandeliers as well as a mounted dinosaur and large patio, complete with paper lanterns and casual seating.
Pork, chicken, veggie and shrimp dumplings are on offer, as are a variety of signature cocktails such as the Thieves Guild (Jamaican rum, Lustau brandy and absinthe) and Dark Nostalgia (Cynar, Punt e Mes, grapefruit, cinnamon and Topo Chico mineral water).
Stampede Cocktail Club's current rating of five stars out of 23 reviews on Yelp indicates the bar is developing a local fan base.
Yelper Outhorn S., who reviewed it on June 6, wrote, "Simple and unassuming. Dumplings and really good cocktails. Eclectic. The combination of Chinese dumplings, hip-hop music and old Western theme needed to happen."
Yelper M. D. wrote, "Come for the dumplings, stay for the excellent service (and more dumplings, duh). I love cocktails and I love dumplings so I was stoked to try this spot. It did not disappoint."

Cafe Con Todo

Cafe Con Todo is a dog-friendly cafe with tropical plants, hammocks and a Latin American vibe.
Grab a caffeinated beverage from Steepologie tea, Slate Coffee or Humm Kombucha. This spot also serves wine and beer in the afternoon. Hungry? Look for breakfast sandwiches and lunch fare such as roast beef sandwiches, nut tarts and almond croissants.
Cafe Con Todo's current Yelp rating of five stars out of six reviews indicates positive feedback from diners.
Yelper Sarah M., who reviewed it on July 7, wrote, "Cute, open, airy decor with plants and hammocks you can actually sit in. Has a tiny retail section in the corner but aside from that it's all seating with plenty of room between you and the other customers."
Yelper Megan S. wrote, "This is my new favorite cafe in Fremont! There are hanging hammock type chairs that I had been wary of, but actually were very comfortable for a little reading!"
