Hulun Beir Mongolian Food

A Davis Square newcomer, Hulun Beir Mongolian Food is an international chain known for its hot pot dishes. Located at 7 Holland St., the local outpost serves hot pots made with bone-in chicken, beef, pork ribs, tofu or vegetables.
You'll also find Mongolian barbecue, including lamb kebabs and chicken wings, a pork burger and fried sesame balls made with sticky rice powder and steamed pumpkin, and stuffed with sweet red bean paste.
The Barber Shop at Assembly Row

New at 497 Revolution Drive is The Barber Shop at Assembly Row. The shop has a classic vibe, with exposed brick walls and black-and-silver chairs. Services include haircuts, beard trims and shaves. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments can be made online.
The Smoke Shop BBQ

Nearby, The Smoke Shop BBQ recently opened its doors at 325 Assembly Row. The slow-cooked meats menu includes burnt ends, pork ribs, Texas hot links and brisket. Expect sides like spicy coleslaw, collard greens and cornbread. House sauces — hot streak, sweet victory and gold medal — are on every table. There is also an extensive list of whiskeys and craft beer.
The Assembly Square spot is the third location for the Smoke Shop, which also has outposts in Kendall Square and at the Seaport.
