
A new gym has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Interbay, called Strength Camp, is located at 4259 22nd Ave. West, Suite B.
The fitness chain offers an hourlong, full-body strength and conditioning workout. Each workout is led by a coach and covers four 20-minute phases, including Structure, stretches and corrective exercises; Strength, barbell and dumbbell movements; Speed, focused on movement; and Silence, which includes foam rolling, stretching and meditation.

The new arrival is off to a strong start with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
