Looking for the Seattle bakery of your dreams? We've found a lineup of spots worth checking out. Here are the newest places to visit the next time you're in search of a bakery near you.

Grand Central Bakery

Grand Central Bakery offers breakfast and brunch fare, sandwiches and more. According to its website, the new establishment "partners with innovators and small mills to strengthen the local grain economy and shorten the time it takes for grain to get from field to bread."

Look for notable menu options like the classic turkey and chutney sandwich with harvarti cheese, mayo and lettuce served on Como bread or the seasonal Saucy Sausage sandwich complete with roasted fennel, red cabbage and pickled red onions on sourdough. Check out the menu here.

Yelpers are still warming up to Grand Central Bakery, which currently holds 3.5 stars out of four reviews on the site.

Elisabeth L., who reviewed the bakery on Oct. 20, wrote, "Had a tasty soy latte and the sesame currant loaf is delicious! ...  I'll definitely be going back."

Kanoe N. added, "Amazing customer service and delicious baked goods. I can't wait to try out more of the menu."

Princi

Through a partnership with Starbucks, Italian bakery Princi has opened its first stand-alone U.S. location in Seattle, offering artisanal baked goods and Starbucks Reserve coffees. It now has another brick-and-mortar spot in Chicago.

The bakery was established in 1986 in Milan by famed Italian baker Rocco Princi, with Starbucks becoming an investor and global licensee in 2016, per a news release. 

Offerings include freshly baked breads, pastries, pizzas and breakfast fare such as steel-cut oats with Italian jam, baked eggs in a spicy tomato or rich porcini sauce and cornetti breakfast sandwiches made with prosciutto cotto and fontina. Visit the bakery's website for more information. 

Princi currently holds four stars out of 29 reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.

Yelper Vir I., who reviewed it on Sept. 29, wrote, "It was love at first bite! The pizza here is amazing. We also tried lasagna and soups and everything was great and in honor of southern Italian food."

Yelper Layla T. wrote, "I stopped in here thinking it was just a bakery, but it was honestly so much more! They have a really nice selection of pastries, bread, sandwiches, pizza and they even have a full-service bar!"

Princi is open from 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on Saturday, and 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on Sunday.

4th Ave Espresso Bar

4th Ave Espresso Bar is a cafe and bakery offering macarons and more in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

Check out the daily rotating menu that reflects the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Customers will have new options every time they enter this new spot. Expect traditional java drinks, including drip coffees and lattes, as well as sweet and savory bites to munch on. Visit the bakery's website for more information. 

4th Ave Espresso Bar is off to a strong start with 4.5 stars out of 10 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Jose C., who visited the new spot on Sept. 7, wrote, "Best coconut macchiato in downtown Seattle. The espressos are great as are the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos."

Sarah P. added, "I've been coming to this cafe since it opened and I absolutely love it. They have a great selection of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and, of course, coffee."

4th Ave Espresso Bar is open from 6 a.m.–3 p.m. daily.
