1. Los Dos Amigos
Topping the list is Los Dos Amigos. Located at 7115 Parkwood St., the Mexican food stand is the highest rated of its kind in Detroit, boasting five stars out of 17 reviews on Yelp.
Yelpers love the bargain prices and great quality of the ceviche tostada with shrimp and crab, as well as the steak quesadillas. One reviewer has been so consistently impressed that he's updated his review eight times since 2011.
2. El Taquito
Next up is Southwest Detroit's El Taquito, situated at 1930 Military St. With 4.5 stars out of 21 reviews on Yelp, the mini taqueria has proven to be a local favorite for its tasty tacos and quesadillas (try the al pastor), grilled onions, and reasonable prices.
3. Bangkok 96 Street Food
Midtown's Bangkok 96 Street Food, located at 474 Peterboro St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Thai fusion stall 4.5 stars out of 13 reviews.
