Stop by 2305 Sixth Ave. in Belltown and you'll find G.H. Pasta Co., a new Italian spot courtesy of chef Brian Clevenger (also of Le Messe, Raccolto and others), Eater Seattle reports. 

This spot offers a fast-casual alternative to upscale Italian fare. Look for vegetarian dishes like fusilli with pesto, walnuts and root vegetables. The menu also offers pasta-centric dishes like rigatoni with tomato; spaghetti Bolognese; and bucatini with Manila clams.

Can Bar

Can Bar is a cocktail bar and beer bar, offering sandwiches and more, that recently opened at 9427 17th Ave. SW in Delridge. This new spot was established and opened by three friends: two Seattle restauranteurs and an Alaska fisherman and the interior sports a nautical theme.

This place hangs its hat on gourmet sandwiches, snacks and salads and also has a variety of beer to choose from. Notable menu options include The Land Whale sandwich with smoked pork shoulder, ham, house bacon and garlic mayo and the Tree Hugger sandwich with hummus, roasted veggies, chiles, arugula and garlic mayo. Coltiva: Pizzeria e Barra

Coltiva: Pizzeria e Barra is an Italian spot, offering pizza, beer, wine and spirits, that recently opened its doors at 350 First Ave. West in Lower Queen Anne. The restaurant says its ingredients are sourced from Italy and the owner's farm in Oregon. 

Expect classic pizzas like Margherita and marinara, as well as signature pies like the Piccante with Italian salami, Calabrian peppers and sea salt; the Autunno with Gorgonzola, apple, walnut and honey; and the Vegano with pesto and seasonal fresh vegetables. Here's the menu.

"What a great addition to the neighborhood! We stopped in on a whim and enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in a long time," said Kara M. on Yelp. 

Cinnaholic

Wander over to 816 E. Pike St. in Broadway and you'll find Cinnaholic, a bakery and vegan spot, offering desserts and more. This spot was featured on the popular ABC TV show Shark Tank and offers vegan cinnamon rolls, baby buns, cinnacakes, fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies.

Cinnamon rolls come with a variety of topping and frosting options. Expect toppings like bananas, chocolate sauce, pretzels and raspberries and frosting flavors such as coffee, hazelnut, marshmallow and orange. Check out the business's website for a complete list of options and more information.
