To kick off the weekend, Holy Diver will host a reunion show for local "melodic hard-rock" band Tenfold. The Ugly Sweater Christmas Crawl: Downtown, Sacramento

This charitable bar and restaurant crawl will start at the Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink and proceed along K Street into Old Sac, with food and drink specials at over 20 participating venues.

All participants are encouraged to wear their ugliest Christmas sweaters, and all ticket sales will go directly to Sacramento Self Help Housing, which assists persons who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with finding and retain stable and affordable housing.

Nostalgic for classic 1965 holiday special "A Charlie Brown Christmas"? Pianist Jim Martinez and his jazz quartet are performing its music, plus other popular Christmas songs, on Sunday as part of the Midtown Vanguard Jazz series at the E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts (Clara).
