To kick off the weekend, Holy Diver will host a reunion show for local "melodic hard-rock" band Tenfold. A writeup of its early days from the Sacramento News and Review praised the band's "melodic and essentially catchy tunes." Phallucy — featuring Abe Cunningham from the Dettones — and The Snobs will open.

The Sactown Throwdown 2018 @ Holy Diver
This two-day EDM event will go all night on Saturday and Sunday, with headliners Dog Party and SadGirl, respectively. Other featured artists will include Animals In The Attics, So Much Light, MLEO, Cugino, Honyock, Paul Nicholas Slater, Münechild and Sophie Seng.

The Ugly Sweater Christmas Crawl: Downtown, Sacramento
This charitable bar and restaurant crawl will start at the Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink and proceed along K Street into Old Sac, with food and drink specials at over 20 participating venues.
All participants are encouraged to wear their ugliest Christmas sweaters, and all ticket sales will go directly to Sacramento Self Help Housing, which assists persons who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with finding and retain stable and affordable housing.

Jim Martinez's 'A Charlie Brown Christmas'
Nostalgic for classic 1965 holiday special "A Charlie Brown Christmas"? Pianist Jim Martinez and his jazz quartet are performing its music, plus other popular Christmas songs, on Sunday as part of the Midtown Vanguard Jazz series at the E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts (Clara).
