The overall decrease in crime reports was led by burglary and robbery. Burglary fell to 55 incidents last week, from 68 the week before. Robbery went from four to one.

There were five reported vandalism incidents last week. That represents a decrease from six incidents the previous week.
Among the few types of offenses that saw an uptick last week, reports of assault went from two to six, and theft rose from 26 to 29.

There were 95 reports of "other" crimes, an increase of four from the previous week. SpotCrime's broad "other" category includes a variety of offenses like fraud, trespassing, public disturbance and traffic violations. SpotCrime data also indicates that one arrest was made last week, down from 19 arrests the week before.
While Anaheim Hills continued to have the most reported incidents last week, crime there has decreased the most.
Regarding when crime most often occurs, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays saw the most crime incidents last week. The largest decrease from the previous week occurred on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, while incidents on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays went up. Evening, late afternoon and late morning saw the most crime last week.
