Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top noodle hot spots in Pittsburgh, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to fill the bill.
1. Taiwanese Bistro Cafe 33
Topping the list is Taiwanese Bistro Cafe 33. Located at 1711 Shady Ave. in Squirrel Hill South, the Taiwanese spot, which offers noodles and seafood, is the highest rated noodle spot in Pittsburgh, boasting 4.5 stars out of 218 reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Becka G. said, "We tried the soup dumplings, beef stew noodle soup, Chinese watercress and a short rib dish. All were very good!"
2. Everyday Noodles
Next up is Squirrel Hill North's Everyday Noodles, situated at 5875 Forbes Ave. With four stars out of 618 reviews on Yelp, the Chinese spot, which offers noodles and more, has proven to be a local favorite.
Mallory M., who reviewed it on Jan. 3, said, "You can watch the chefs making noodles and dumplings from the dining area. It is cool to see! My favorite items to order are the pork soup dumplings, pork belly over rice and the Dan Dan noodles."
3. honeygrow
East Liberty's honeygrow, located at 105 S. Highland Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the vegetarian spot, which offers salads and noodles, four stars out of 109 reviews.
Terri L. wrote, "The food is fresh. They don't freeze anything and what I appreciate is that they pride themselves on freshness. The sesame garlic stir-fry is to die for—the wheat noodles and bean sprouts and broccoli scallion mixture is mouthwatering."
4. Pad Thai Noodle

Allison S. said, "The pot stickers were amazing and well made. The green curry was also great, and huge! The people I was with got some sort of udon noodles and rice noodles (both which I had to try) and they were both awesome. The portions are huge and really well priced."
