Dadju at Elevate

First up, French singer Dadju brings his pop stylings to Elevate in NoMa.
The son of a popular Congolese vocalist and the brother of rappers, Dadju started his career in the R&B duo The Shin Sekaï in 2012, but has been working as a solo singer since 2017. His record "Gentleman 2.0" from that year has gone platinum two times over.

Carl Thomas at Howard Theatre

Next, Goldstar is offering half-price tickets to see neo-soul singer Carl Thomas at the Howard Theatre.
Thomas first came to prominence in 2000 when his song "I Wish" hit to the top of the charts and later earned two Grammy nominations. He hasn't released an album since 2011, but he does have a brand new single out: "One with Heaven."

Julia Nixon and the Dave Ylvisaker Dozen at Historic Dumbarton Church

Half-price tickets are also available to see Julia Nixon perform at the Historic Dumbarton Church. Local R&B singer (and actress) will be joined by her longtime collaborator, pianist Dave Ylvisaker. With the help of a 12-piece band, they'll take on hits by the award-winning duo Burt Bacharach and Hal David.

Chiarina Chamber Players at St. Mark's Episcopal Church

Finally, the Chiarina Chamber Players are once again at St. Mark's Episcopal Church on Capitol Hill. Pianist Efi Hackmey and cellist Carrie Bean Stute, along with guest musicians, are set to offer a performance dubbed "Odysseys" this Sunday evening. They'll take on pieces ranging from baroque and classical to 20th century chamber music.
