Mootz Pizzeria + Bar brings pizza and more to Downtown.
A new bar, offering pizza and more, has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Mootz Pizzeria + Bar, the new addition is located at 1230 Library St. in Downtown.
With a menu created by six-time World Pizza Games champion Bruno DiFabio, according to its website, this spot offers New York-style pizza, salads and more.
Try the Nuts and Bolts pizza with hot salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, caramelized onion, green cocktail olives, pinched sausage and tomato marinara. And pair it with a glass of wine, beer or one of the menu's cocktails.
Mootz Pizzeria + Bar has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Robert B. wrote, "I stopped in for a slice last week. I thought the pizza was delicious, and definitely the best pizza by the slice spot downtown."
And Louise C. said, "Each pizza our group got was amazing. The Nuts and Bolts was my favorite and full of flavor with the perfect amount of crust."
