Return on Creativity: An Arlington Asset
First up, catch a free panel discussion tonight on the intersection between transportation, urban design and public art. Moderated by the Urban Design and Research Supervisor at Arlington County's Department of Community Planning, panelists from these three worlds will explore the future of getting around and its impact on land use, and how open spaces can be designed to prioritize creativity and access for all.

Social Walk + Cozy Coffee Hour in Courthouse

Winter Bike to Work Day

Friday, Feb. 8, is Winter Bike to Work Day, don't you know. If the idea of an icy ride is not something you reject out of hand, then know that it doesn't have to be a solo affair. Instead, you could meet up with fellow bikers at Gravelly Point, where you can mingle and collect some swag before heading — carefully — to the office.

Women BOLDer: A Women, Femme, Non-binary, POC, Trans-Positive Event at Earth Treks
Finally, for women who've been curious about bouldering, Friday evening is the perfect time to stop by Earth Treks. Brown Girls Climb is set to host an introduction to the sport especially designed to welcome women of color, and those who identify as femme, trans and non-binary. There'll be guest speakers, clinics, a raffle and some actual bouldering.
