College Mentors for Kids Ready, Set, Glow 5K

Tomorrow evening, join College Mentors for Kids for their annual 5k. This year, it's a glow run, and glow sticks, glow face paint, etc. will be provided, along with a blacklight and more props for pictures. Check-in begins at 7:45 p.m. at Fred Beekman Park's volleyball shelter and the run begins at 8:30 p.m. on the jogging path. Food and music by DJ Jared Halley are on the agenda and T-shirts are available for purchase. The top three finishers score prizes. If you're not in the mood to run, you can still buy an attendance ticket and root everyone on.
