The gym offers high intensity interval training on computer-controlled machines, ARX and Vasper, as well as individualized time and mentorship with a personal trainer and nutrition advice. It also uses the Bodpod to accurately measure weight loss, body fat and muscle results.
With a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the new gym has been warmly received by patrons.
