Currently, the cheapest flights between Baltimore and Charleston are if you leave on Aug. 21 and return from South Carolina on Aug. 24. American Airlines currently has roundtrip tickets for $192.

There are also deals to be had in June. If you fly out of Baltimore on June 29 and return from Charleston on July 3, American Airlines can get you there and back for $346 roundtrip.
