Police say they were called to a synagogue in the 6500 block of 52nd Avenue South about 10:30 a.m. Sunday after someone reported seeing a man wearing a mask outside the building.

One dead after collision on SR 99 in Seattle

One person died Tuesday night after being hit by a car on state Route 99 in Seattle, according to Seattle Fire. Seattle Fire tweeted at 9:30 p. m. that crews were on the scene Aurora Avenue North and North 85th Street for a vehicle and pedestrian collision. When crews tried to extricate the person from the under the vehicle, the person was found dead, according to Seattle Fire.
