Open since 2018, Pizzability is trending compared to other businesses categorized as "Pizza" on Yelp.

Citywide, pizza spots saw a median 3% increase in new reviews over the past month, but Pizzability saw an impressive 181.8% increase, maintaining a sterling five-star rating throughout. Moreover, on a month-to-month basis Pizzability's review count increased by more than 500%.

Located at 250 Steele St. in Cherry Creek, Pizzability was started with the goal of providing job training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Among the many pizza options are Hawaiian, pepperoni, vegetarian, cheese and a gluten-free crust.

Pizzability is open from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. on Tuesday-Saturday. (It's closed on Monday and Sunday.)

Great Divide Brewhouse and Kitchen

Whether or not you've been hearing buzz about Denver International Airport's Great Divide Brewhouse and Kitchen, the breakfast, brunch and traditional American spot is a hot topic according to Yelp review data.

While businesses categorized as "American (Traditional)" on Yelp saw a median 2.4% increase in new reviews over the past month, Great Divide Brewhouse and Kitchen bagged a 42.9% increase in new reviews within that time frame, maintaining a mixed 3.5-star rating.

Open at Concourse C, Gate C32, at Denver International Airport since April, Great Divide Brewhouse and Kitchen offers breakfast options such as chicken and waffles and a Denver omelet, as well as Colorado lamb meatballs, a short rib grilled cheese sandwich, local beef burgers and ale-battered fish and chips. The menu also features a long list of brews on tap.

Great Divide Brewhouse and Kitchen is open from 6 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.

Tom's Urban

Denver International Airport is also home to Tom's Urban. Open since 2018, the New American spot has seen a 25.4% bump in new reviews over the last month, compared to a median review increase of 2.3% for all businesses tagged "American (New)" on Yelp. Moreover, on a month-to-month basis Tom's Urban's review count increased by more than 130%.

There's more than one hot spot trending in Denver's New American category: Pistol Whip has seen a 23.3% increase in reviews.

Signature brunch items include crispy chicken and cornbread pancakes and french fries or tater tots loaded with bacon and cheese. Wings, sliders, tacos and pizzas are also available.

Over the past month, Tom's Urban has maintained a two-star rating among Yelpers.

Tom's Urban is open from 6 a.m.–midnight daily.

Tokyo Premium Bakery

Platt Park's Tokyo Premium Bakery is the city's buzziest sandwich spot by the numbers.

The bakery, which offers coffee, tea, sandwiches and more, opened in 2018 at 1540 S. Pearl St. It increased its new review count by 9.4% over the past month, an outlier when compared to the median new review count of 3% for the Yelp category "Sandwiches." It outperformed the previous month by gaining 2.5 times more reviews than expected based on past performance.

Tokyo Premium Bakery, which has a five-star rating on Yelp, offers banana chocolate croissants, almond croissants, matcha doughnuts, bacon bread and such traditional Japanese baked as curry buns and melonpan (sugar cookie bread) and mentaiko (fish roe bread). 

Tokyo Premium Bakery is open from 6 a.m.–4 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 6 a.m.–6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)

100% de Agave

Capitol Hill's 100% de Agave is currently on the upswing in the Mexican category on Yelp.

While businesses categorized as "Mexican" on Yelp saw a median 1.8% increase in new reviews over the past month, this bar and Mexican restaurant increased its new reviews by 4.1% — and kept its rating consistent at four stars. Review counts increased by more than 530% on a month-to-month basis.

Open since 2013 at 975 Lincoln St., the restaurant serves street tacos with choice of chicken, beef or pork, chicken flautas, queso dip, guacamole, soups, salads and ceviche.

100% de Agave is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday and Sunday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Thursday and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
