This gym has three levels of membership ranging in price from $15-$27 per month. You'll find more than 80 pieces of cardio training equipment and over 50 pieces of strength training equipment here. There are also 30 and 60-minute personal training sessions with certified instructors.

New to 605 Princess Anne Road in Creeds is Redhead Bay Cafe, a cocktail bar and New American and breakfast and brunch spot.

The Redhead Bay Cafe is operated by twin brothers Aristotle and Nicholas Cleanthes. Per this spot's Facebook page, patrons are excited about the fried green tomatoes, soft shell crabs and more at this eatery. You'll also find biscuits and gravy among the main dishes.
