1. Barista Del Barrio

Topping the list is Barista Del Barrio. Located at 1002 N. Grande Ave. in Barrio Hollywood, the breakfast and lunch spot is the highest-rated inexpensive cafe in Tucson, boasting five stars out of 176 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Cassandra J., who reviewed Barista Del Barrio on Oct. 22, wrote, "Honestly this is the best local coffee shop. Their horchata espresso frappe with leche and chocolate syrup are to die for. I love their sausage burritos. Their Bavarian cream churros are the best dessert/breakfast ever."

3. Dedicated Gluten Free

Yelper Annie P., who reviewed Cartel Coffee Lab on Nov. 19, wrote, "I came here to get some work done after going stir-crazy in my house. It's a great spot to study or work. The space is nice and open, it has free Wi-Fi outlets, and they were playing non-intrusive music."

5. Pie Bird Bakery and Cafe

Finally, over in El Presidio, check out Pie Bird Bakery and Cafe, which has earned four stars out of 76 reviews on Yelp. Dig in at the cafe and bakery, which offers desserts and more, by heading over to 177 N. Church Ave., Suite 106.

The business offers "fresh pastries, a full service espresso bar and breakfast/lunch options," it writes on Yelp in the section explaining specialties.

"This place is seriously amazing. I've been there for breakfast and lunch probably a dozen times so far and I've never been disappointed," wrote Yelper Megan S.
