Fireside Pies, which operates several other locations in the DFW Metroplex, specializes in wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and Italian-inspired dishes, with menu items ranging from salads, bolognese with egg noodles, lasagna and appetizers like baked goat cheese to a variety of different pizza pies, including balsamic chicken, Texas beef sausage, meatball, burrata pesto and a make-your-own pizza option.
With a three-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer has gotten a bit of a mixed response from its clientele.
Carmen O., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new Fireside Pies outpost on Nov. 19, wrote, "This location is beautiful, very welcoming. ... The food was wonderful, too. We all had different pizzas and they all looked delicious."
Yelper Destiny O. added, “They make their noodles daily, and you can tell. ... Three of us shared the butter noodles, rustic grilled cheese and the balsamic chicken pizza. For dessert, we had the apple cobbler. Not one bite was left of any of it."
Fireside Pies has yet to share its business hours online.
