Tea shop HTeaO debuts new outpost in PlanoPhoto: Nicole D./Yelp

A fresh tea room and New American cafe has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 4609 W. Park Blvd., the recent arrival is called HTeaO.

HTeaO, a Texas chain, offers an assortment of proprietary Texas-style iced tea blends. Flavors on the menu range from sweet mint, Georgia peach and mango fresco to unsweetened coconut, wild raspberry, decaf blueberry and pink lemonade.

The new tea store has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Nicole D., who was among the first Yelpers to review HTeaO on May 14, wrote, "It was awesome to be able to try all of the tea flavors, and also mix flavors to make your own personal tea! ... You are also able to purchase the Osmosis water they use to brew their tea, ice, healthy versions of chips and other snacks."

And Sadie M. added, "This place is awesome! They have a lot of different tea flavors (see their website for listing). ... Their place is very clean and employees are very friendly! They also sell filtered water and other miscellaneous items."

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. HTeaO is open from 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday, noon–9 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Thursday.)
