A 21-year-old man who was sitting in his car in a parking lot was shot and killed Friday night. Police said an unknown person approached the silver Dodge Caliber, which had two other men inside.

Curfews continue in Detroit, other cities

In addition to Detroit, other cities with curfews in effect over the weekend included Los Angeles, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Chicago and Denver. Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan announced a curfew Sunday beginning at 8 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m. Monday.
