1. Tei Tei Robata Bar

Topping the list is Tei Tei Robata Bar. Located at 2906 N. Henderson Ave. in Lower Greenville, the sushi bar and Japanese bistro is the highest-rated upscale lounge in Dallas, boasting four stars out of 544 reviews on Yelp.

3. The Library

Oak Lawn's The Library, settled inside the Warwick Melrose Hotel at 3015 Oak Lawn Ave., is another superior choice, with Yelpers giving the ritzy lounge four stars out of 156 reviews. 

"The Library offers a comprehensive menu of classic cocktails, beer and wine in one of the city's most popular business and after work social meeting spots," states the business in the history section of its Yelp profile.

The establishment also features "a full-service bar and a new classic bar menu from Executive Chef Patrick McElroy that includes new favorites, such as the Heirloom Tomato Napolean or Crab Cannoli, along with a variety of specialty shareables."

4. The Mansion Bar

At last, there's The Mansion Bar, a pricey lounge and cocktail bar in Oak Lawn, with four stars out of 52 Yelp reviews. Head over to Mansion on Turtle Creek, 2821 Turtle Creek Blvd., Rosewood to experience it for yourself.

Yelper Adam A., who reviewed The Mansion Bar on Jan. 3, wrote, "This place is a hidden gem! The ambiance was nice and mellow with great live music. Our bartender was friendly and made an excellent Manhattan. ... To continue the five-star experience, the valet had our car pulled up as we were walking out the lobby door."

Jo F. noted, "The name pretty much says it all! High-end all the way. ... Very dark, cozy pub-like atmosphere with a piano to boot. The drinks went down fast and refilled just as quickly."
