Over the weekend, Lizzo rocked the BottleRock festival in Napa, delivering a powerful performance that many have declared to be the best set of the three-day event. While Lizzo brought her undeniable flair and skill to the stage, she was also forced to address a controversial display of signs by a homeowner near the festival grounds. These signs, bearing messages like "Choke the Woke" and "Cancel Cancel Culture," prompted Lizzo to advocate for inclusiveness and safety in her performance. In addition to Lizzo's passionate words on stage, her performance saw her donning an LGBTQ Pride flag and reminding her audience that "This is a safe space."
