A bomb threat is being reported in the 400 block of Lytton Ave., Palo Alto, as law enforcement officers swiftly descended on the scene to investigate the situation, according to the Palo Alto Police Twitter account. The authorities received the threat at approximately 11:42 a.m., with the dispatch center taking swift action, and were joined by an explosives-detection canine to carry out a thorough sweep of the area.
The business, as well as immediately adjacent businesses have been evacuated as a precaution. Expect traffic delays in the areas of Lytton @ Cowper St. and Lytton @ Waverley St.
