Dognapped Pooch Rescued By Sunnyvale DPS: Norm Returns Home After Foiled Extortion Plot

The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) recently managed to achieve quite the canine rescue mission. Norm, a beloved family dog from Sunnyvale, went missing, and the family received a distressing call attempting to extort money in exchange for the dog's safe return. Fortunately, the family called in the capable hands of the local authorities.

Upon receiving the report, Sunnyvale DPS sprang into action, swiftly organizing a faux meet-up to catch the suspect off-guard and reclaim Norm from the perpetrator's clutches.  Officers successfully arrested the extortionist and rescued the terrified pooch, who was then brought back to his loving family.

While further details about the suspect's identity and possible legal repercussions have yet to be divulged, the highlight of the story remains the safe reunion of Norm with his grateful family.
