12-year-old Randy Yanez has vanished from his home in the 19000 block of Camden Avenue, Hayward, CA. Last seen on Friday, August 25, around 3:30 PM. According to the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, Randy is about 5'4" tall, weighs around 190 lbs., and has brown hair with an "Edgar" style cut, coupled with brown eyes.

Randy, a familiar face on the public transport circuit, was last seen dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants. With no money on his person, it is believed that he may have ventured towards San Francisco, a city he frequented often. The child had his cell phone with him as he departed his home.
The Alameda County Sheriff's Office and local law enforcement agencies have mobilized their resources in the hopes to quickly and safely locate Randy. They have put out a call to the community, urging those with any knowledge of Randy's location to immediately notify the authorities at (510) 667-7721.
