As reported by the San Jose Fire Department's Twitter account, crews responded to the accident on I-280 North near Bird Av. They promptly transported the three injured individuals to area hospitals, urging people to drive safely on the highways in the aftermath.
Emergency services were quick to arrive on the scene with both ambulance and fire units attending to the injured parties. The CHP managed to clear the debris from the roadway and reopen all lanes, ensuring that traffic flow resumed as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
