On August 25th, 2023, a large fight broke out in the In-N-Out Burger located on 3001 Mission College Blvd, quickly escalating to grievous violence leaving two people with multiple stab wounds. The cause of the fight, according to Hoodline, is believed to have been triggered by underlying tensions between the Niners and Raiders fans who gathered at the popular fast-food spot after a 49ers game.
The Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) swiftly responded to the chaos and detained several individuals while discovering the injured victims. After an intense and quick investigation, lifted by public-sourced video footage on August 26th, Gage Anthony Bryand of Tracy, California, was ultimately singled out as the main suspect in the stabbing, as reported by Santa Clara Police Department.
