The shocking discovery was made late Wednesday night when the victim's roommate called the San Diego Police to report that he had found his roommate lying lifeless in their apartment, as reported on ABC 10News. While working the case, officers were approached by a distressed woman living in the same apartment complex who informed them that her boyfriend was acting strangely and violently, according to Fox 5 San Diego.
