San Jose Police Department officers were called to respond to a family disturbance in the area of Auzerais Ave and Race St, and upon arrival, they found themselves in a precarious situation. According to the San Jose Police Media Relations Twitter account, the officers came under fire from residents almost immediately, resulting in an officer-involved shooting.
