San Diego when police found a 15-year-old passed out in a front yard of a residential neighborhood. Officers who were dispatched to attend to the unconscious youth were shocked to discover a concealed handgun during a routine pat-down for the protection of responding paramedics.
The juvenile was booked into custody on firearm charges upon medical clearance.
