Tragic Crash with Parked Car Kills 1 in San Jose

Early this morning, San Jose witnessed yet another tragedy on its roads when a single-vehicle accident took a life at the intersection of Story Rd and Moraes Ct, according to a tweet by the San Jose Police Media Relations. The unfortunate incident involved a single adult driver who collided with a parked car, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the accident, eastbound Story Rd traffic from S. White Rd was diverted as police managed the situation, and commuters were advised to find alternate routes as necessary. This fatal collision marks the 30th accident of its kind for 2023 and brings the total number of victims up to 31.
