The officers of the Napa Police Department came to the rescue of a stolen Labrador puppy, reuniting the fur baby with its distressed family and apprehending the suspect responsible for the appalling act. According to the department's Instagram post, the late-night theft took place when the suspect broke a window to gain access into the home and abducted the canine.
Crediting the efforts of the police officers involved in the case, the touching reunion was made possible mere hours after the break-in.
