A suspected case of child harassment surfaced in San Dimas, as a man allegedly committed an act of public indecency in front of an 11-year-old victim. According to a news release on Facebook by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the heinous incident occurred on Thursday, September 14.

The young victim was walking by when the suspect sitting in his vehicle initiated a conversation and then engaged in inappropriate behavior while exposing himself. The crime took place near South Valley Center Avenue and Windsor Drive in San Dimas. Authorities are actively seeking assistance in identifying the suspect, as well as information about the suspected vehicle.

The suspect is described as a Black male aged 25-30, with black curly hair and wearing a face mask. Meanwhile, the vehicle is presumed to be a light blue four-door model, possibly a Chevy Volt.
