
This morning, 66-year-old Zita Swanson had vanished and left her home on the 700 block of G Street in Ramona. She has not been seen since, leaving many to ponder the reasons behind her sudden disappearance.
Activating the Sheriff's Search and Rescue (SAR) Unit, law enforcement and concerned citizens alike have come together in an effort to locate the missing woman. According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, Swanson, a Hispanic woman standing at 5'5" tall and weighing around 174 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen adorning herself in a purple or blue striped blouse, blue jeans, and black shoes. With no known access to vehicles, Swanson is believed to be traveling by foot.

Adding to the growing concern, it appears Swanson left without her cell phone or purse, further complicating efforts to track her or reach out to her.
