Last night, a stolen vehicle was pursued by Santa Clara Officers. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Kaiser the previous day. Assistance was provided by the San Jose Police Department’s Air 3 to locate the vehicle before directing the officers to its location, according to the Santa Clara Police Department's Facebook page.
To quickly apprehend, two suspects attempted to flee on foot upon approaching the vehicle but their efforts were unsuccessful. A thorough investigation shed light on the criminals' severe history.
Charges including felony evading, resisting arrest, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were acquired by the two suspects in addition to the stolen vehicle.
They also had a staggering 14 outstanding arrest warrants between them, as revealed by further investigations. A testament to the importance of consistent engagement between law enforcement agencies is these discoveries.
